As a precautionary health measure against the COVID-19 outbreak and in correspondence with the WHO (World Health Organization).  We will be implementing the following changes until further notice.

1. We will not share pens. Please be prepared with your own blue ink pen.

2. The Notary will wear masks and gloves upon arrival.

3. The Mobile Notary will refrain from any physical contact such as handshakes while keeping the social distancing guidelines of 6 ft.

4. Both Mobile Notary and Client(s) will be required to use hand sanitizer at the start and finish of each signing. Hand sanitizer will be made available by the mobile notary as supply last. Otherwise handwashing will be required.

5. We ask that any Client showing or experiencing any symptoms of a cold or who feels has been exposed to the COVID-19 to please reschedule. Symptoms include but are not limited to coughing, fever, and body aches.

6. Should the notary arrive and experience a client with any of the symptoms mentioned earlier, the notary will have the authority to re-schedule to ensure the health of those involved.

7. All bags and notarial equipment will be disinfected before and after every signing.

We are a full-service concierge service that specializes in providing the most qualified mobile notary public for each transaction. All notarial acts included in the total price, not to exceed state-mandated maximum fees per the Office of the Secretary of State. Concierge Service fee is included in the total price, which is a separate fee by the agency and agreed upon before signing. We strive to meet or exceed all legal guarantee that a licensed and bonded state mobile notary is set for your order. You understand that we are not attorneys, and therefore, we are not licensed to practice law nor give legal advice. You agree to indemnify and hold us, as well as the signing Mobile Notary Public, harmless.

All client information provided to Mobile Notary Services will be treated with full privacy and confidentiality. All stored information will only be disclosed according to the signed agreement between the company and the client and in compliance with government-set Privacy regulations. With the client’s consent, the entities which we can share our stored information with include business partners, third-party business lines, an applicable body to the court, central government units, and other bodies allowed by law. We do not sell or trade our client’s personal data to any third party.

All fees payable to our agency are due before scheduling a mobile notary appointment, whether online or by phone. If you place a phone order or book online with our agency and call back to cancel for any reason, there will be a surcharge fee of $100 payable to our agency for placing the order. Furthermore, you expressly agree that in the event of a dispute on a charge, whether by phone, online, or physical swipe, the credit card holder agrees to pay for all our legal fees and expenses incurred in dispute resolution efforts, starting at a minimum of $750.00, as well as reasonable attorney’s fees if civil litigation becomes necessary, including causes of action of fraud, conversion, breach of contract, and other related allegations for any chargebacks received. Upon placing the order for service, you agree to these terms of service.
